Antonio Megía Flores

Founding partner of Megía Flores. His practice focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, tax, finance, restructuring, energy, mining, real estate and infrastructure.

Throughout his career he has worked on domestic and international transactions of varying complexity, advising companies, investors and business groups on the structuring, negotiation and execution of strategic projects — including debt restructuring processes and cross-border transactions between Mexico and Spain.
